I was especially impressed that I was charged less than my original quote because the tires they sourced were a lower price than they’d thought — I don’t think that has EVER happened to me before! I was so pleased during the entire process. The communication was great. They were extremely transparent. They went above and beyond when it came to picking up and dropping off my car. 10/10 all of the way around!!

But my experience with CarCare To Go was very much a hit. The service itself was incredibly convenient and efficient. They picked up my Toyota right on schedule and dropped it off on schedule as well. And the communication throughout the process was always valuable and timely. My repair did run into an unforeseen problem and the service department was incredible in bending over backwards in working to fix it. Other shops might have just done the bare minimum, or even fail to do the work, but CarCare To Go went far beyond my expectations, ensuring that the outcome was resolved to my satisfaction. And a special shout out to Brian Healy, my service manager, along with the Christian in the repair shop, who were great by working with me to make sure everything ended up right for my Toyota. The customer service was excellent. They made a video of my brakes and rotors to explain their recommendations, which was very helpful. It’s also nice and convenient to have the valet service. I would use them again.

I am blown away!!! What an amazing service provided. I will never get service done to my car in any other way!!

The overall experience was smooth and easy. Pickup and drop-off went as promised, communication was excellent, and work appears to have been done well.

Found this service online and couldn’t be happier - essentially the same cost as a normal oil change but they pick your car up from your house and return it later that day! Have used it twice so far and will be a customer for life.

I was blown away by their honesty and how polite everyone was. I got updates every step of the way. CarCare To Go was so easy and convenient to use. They arrived on time and had my car back to my location within a few hours. The app makes this service super easy to use. I can't speak to major auto repairs, but for an oil change, they were excellent.

A whole lot more convenient than driving my car to a mechanic, reasonably priced, and great service. There was one minor hiccup in communication, but they went above and beyond to fix it. Really impressed with the company and will use them again.

I have never been more impressed with a mechanic shop. Their customer service is out of this world, there isn’t even a close second in the area. They picked up my car, did the work, dropped off my car, all while I didn’t miss a beat off my day.
