Meet the Team

CarCare To Go was created as a joint venture between two of the most storied brands in the DC area, Ourisman Automotive and Graham Holdings (formerly the Washington Post Company) to introduce new concepts in the automotive repair world: transparency, trust, and convenience.

John Alderman

John left a career in publishing and marketing for the car business because he was tired of wasting time taking care of his Subaru. He didn’t understand why it wasn’t as easy as ordering groceries online.

Sarah McMahon

Sarah started her career in financial services and most recently worked as Chief of Staff to the CEO at digital marketing agency Code3 (formerly SocialCode). She is passionate about innovation that makes people’s lives better and safer, which led her to make the leap to help build CC2G. When she’s not thinking up creative ways to reach DC area car owners, she can most likely be found walking around Bethesda with her dog Ollie and husband Danny, or trying out a new local restaurant.

Brian Healy

Brian has worked in the auto industry for the past 15 years. When introduced to the CC2G model, he jumped on the prospect of building a revolutionary service that streamlines the process of caring for your car. In his leisure time, Brian enjoys practicing his Chinese and working on projects with his young son.

John Petronio

John has been in the automotive industry for 25 years now and he enjoys it now more than ever. He has years of automotive technology training as well as experience in the field as a technician. He has experience with all brands, but one thing he enjoys most about the industry is you never stop learning. The constant interaction with clients in combination with ever evolving technology has made John’s current role as a Service Director a joy for him.  When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his incredible family, including his four children.

Christian Holmes

Christian is a CarCare to Go Service Specialist and has been a part of the automotive service industry for 10 years, but has been in the customer service industry for longer. One of the things that he loves most about CarCare To Go is the transparency in which we do business and serve our clients.

Mandy Magali

Mandy is a CarCare Concierge and has two years of experience as a Receptionist. She recently moved to Maryland from New Jersey two years ago and took her first job at Ourisman Jeep of Bethesda and is now a valued member of the CarCare team! Her favorite part of CarCare To Go is helping clients get through their days with one less thing to worry about!

Roxy Smith

Roxy joined CarCare in 2022 as a Customer Experience Advisor to help bring our customer service to the next level. She has years of experience delighting customers and is an asset to the team.

Erika Pereira

Erika has been working as a valued member of the Customer team at CarCare To Go since 2020. She has a depth of experience with all vehicles and is an client happiness guru!

All work is done by factory-certified technicians using manufacturer supplied or approved parts in our state-of-the-art centers. We use the latest software and hardware to provide every level of service from the simplest oil change to the most precise alignment of your adaptive cruise control or other safety features. We can perform warranty and non-warranty work.
